Products and information
We aim to show accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Product colour, size and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and normal manufacturing tolerance. We may update product information or withdraw a product where needed.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product. An order is accepted when it has been confirmed and payment has been processed. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, stock is unavailable, there is a clear pricing or product error, or fraud or misuse is suspected.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Free UK delivery is included unless a product page clearly states otherwise. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders usually arrive within 3-4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, bank holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns, cancellation and warranty
UK consumers usually have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We provide a 30-day return period as described in our Returns Policy. Products also include a 2-year warranty for normal home use. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, interfere with security features, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, use the website for unlawful purposes, or copy website content for commercial resale without permission.
